Artares Aluminium Louvred Roof 9m x 3.5m projection installed to the rear of this property in Mollington, Chester. Mounted to an offset rear wall with extra packing to align the profiles at the front. Drainage is internal through the front legs into waste pipe's that we installed before the patio was laid. Operation is by remote control and also an automatic sensor for rain sun and wind.

Simplicity 16 Polycarbonate car port

Simplicity 16 Polycarbonate car port mounted between two walls. Manufactured from extruded aluminium powder coated in anthracite and with obscure 16mm polycarbonate roof panels. A side hinged garage door was also installed and infilled with UPVC to the top to provide a secure dry storage area.

Simplicity 6 Glass Patio Veranda installed between the conservatory and garage under the roof soffit. A steel goal post was installed first to provide a suitable mounting surface then the framework was installed. The toilet soil pipe was redirected through the side and infilled with UPVC above the conservatory gutter, the garage side was sealed to the wall. The 5.7 x 3m projection area provides a covered area for dining, playing with the grand children and accessing the garage.

Weinor Terrazza Originale patio veranda installed to this enclosed area in Chester. The install required the mounting height to be above the gutter line to achieve sufficient pitch for water drainage. A set of Gutter brackets with mounting bar was used then the veranda attached and installed as normal. The open spaces between the gutter and veranda are infilled with aluminium profiles powder coated in white and designed so that rain water drained into the gutter.

Milwood Glass Veranda in Anthracite

To aid installation of this glass veranda an aluminium plate 5.5m long and powder coted anthracite was installed along the fascia and fixed to the roof trusses. This provided a secure fixing for the veranda back plate. Finished in marine grade anthracite powder coating with blue tint glazing and LED lighting in four of the roof supports. The front profile acts as the gutter and rain water exits down the inside of the left hand support post.

The front profile also acts as a gutter with the water exiting via an external black down pipe (customers request). Normally we have the rain water travelling down the inside of one of the support legs.

Replacing a tired timber veranda with the Weinor Terrazza patio covering instantly improved this outside decking area. Changing from polycarbonate to glass covering lightened the area and the kitchen inside. Having only two front support legs instead of the previous three means that moving around is far more comfortable. Drainage travels down the left hand leg, under the decking and to a surface drain.

A tricky install requiring a steel beam to be installed onto the brick gable end to the main house providing a solid flat surface for the Terrazza to be mounted to. Rather than a solid infill above the door a glazed unit was installed to complement the other glazing in the roof covering. The installation provides a covered seated area as well as a dry play area for the customers dogs.

Weinor Cassita II Patio Awning Installation

This fabulous Cassita II awning was recently installed in Chester. This customer went for one of our striped fabric patterns with a metallic paint finish for the hardware. This awning comes complete with a hidden wind sensor in the front profile, to retract the awning automatically, should the wind become to strong.

This customer also requested oversized bracket mounting plates to ensure that any excess forces were dissipated over a larger area. This is rarely required but this gave the customer some more peace of mind.

Integrated Side Screens

Weinor have now fully integrated their vertical sun protection into the framework assembly, which disappears completely into the fascia. This offers to protection against low sun and prying eyes. The vertical sun protection can easily be controlled at the touch of a button and helps prevent draughts.
